Landlord Fees

We feel it is important for our clients to know exactly where they stand when it comes to money with this in mind we operate a transparent and competitive fee structure, what we quote is what you pay there are no hidden or upfront costs. Clients can choose from either a tenant find only service or full management, the fees for each service are tailored to individual landlords needs and requirements therefore please feel free to call us to discuss these further.

 

Fully Managed - 10.8% including VAT (9% plus VAT) plus initial set up fee of £300 including VAT (£250 plus VAT) and 9% of the monthly rent received thereafter.
(which includes check-in, referencing, right to rent checks, inventory and schedule of condition, tenancy agreement, deposit registration, transfer of utilities and visiting the property 3/6 months into the tenancy to carry out a management visit and every 6 months thereafter). 

Please Note; Each time there is a change of tenants and we re-advertise the property, there is a marketing fee of £300 including VAT (£250 plus VAT). 

 

Our Tenant Find Only Service - One months rent including VAT.
(which includes referencing, tenancy agreement, right to rent checks, inventory and schedule of condition, check in, deposit registration and the transfer of utilities)

Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (no less than 6 months) £96 including VAT

Energy Performance Certificate £90 including VAT

Section 21/ Form 6A Notice Requiring Possession £96 including VAT
(£80 plus VAT)
Tenant/Guarantor Referencing (credit check, employment and landlord reference) £36.00 including VAT
(£30 plus VAT)
Check-out Fee £210 including VAT
