Landlord Fees

We feel it is important for our clients to know exactly where they stand when it comes to money with this in mind we operate a transparent and competitive fee structure, what we quote is what you pay there are no hidden or upfront costs. Clients can choose from either a tenant find only service or full management, the fees for each service are tailored to individual landlords needs and requirements therefore please feel free to call us to discuss these further.

 

Fully Managed - 10.8% including VAT (9% plus VAT) plus initial set up fee of £240.00 including VAT (£200 plus VAT) and 9% of the monthly rent received thereafter.

 

(which includes check-in, inventory, tenancy agreement, deposit registration and visiting the property 3 months into the tenancy to carry out a management visit and every 6 months thereafter.)

 

Our Tenant Find Only Service - One months rent including VAT.
(which includes the tenancy agreement, inventory and schedule of condition, check in and the transfer of utilities)

 

Marketing Fee only - £240 including VAT (£200 plus VAT)

(this excludes the tenancy agreement, inventory and schedule of condition, check in, check out, deposit registration and transfer of utilities).
