Landlord Fees

We feel it is important for our clients to know exactly where they stand when it comes to money with this in mind we operate a transparent and competitive fee structure, what we quote is what you pay there are no hidden or upfront costs. Clients can choose from either a tenant find only service or full management, the fees for each service are tailored to individual landlords needs and requirements therefore please feel free to call us to discuss these further.      

 

Fully Managed - 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT) plus initial set up fee of £360 including VAT (£300 plus VAT) and 10% plus VAT of the monthly rent received thereafter.

(which includes advertising, accompanied viewings, full referencing, right to rent checks, inventory and schedule of condition, tenancy agreement, check-in, deposit registration, transfer of utilities, rent collection, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week maintenance line and visiting the property initially 3/6 months into the tenancy and every 9/12 months thereafter to carry out a management visit) 

 

This service is for a minimum of 12 months. 

 

Landlord's notice to terminate our full management service with sitting tenant- Two month's written notice (from the following month's rent due date) plus £360 including VAT (£300 plus VAT).  

 

Please Note; Each time there is a change of tenants and we re-advertise the property, there is a marketing fee of £360 including VAT (£300 plus VAT).  

 

Optional Rent Protection and Legal Cover assuming the tenant/s pass the referencing process. (only available for properties being fully managed).

 

Our Tenant Find Only Service - One month's rent including VAT.
